NINA OSIPOVNA KOGAN (1887-1942)
Painter, graphic artist, theatre designer. Studied at the Vitebsk Art School under M.Chagal and L.Lisitsky. Participant of exhibitions from 1910. Worked under K.Malevich, member of association "The Establishers of New Art". From 1922 together with Suetin and Chashnik followed Malevich to Petrograd. Worked at the State Institute of Artistic Culture. The majority of her works are lost.
