OSKAR YAKOVLEVICH RABIN (born in 1928)
Studied at the Academy of Arts in Riga (1946-48), the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.Surilov, Ye.Kropivnitsky's studio. Leader of the movement of "non-conformists". Participant of exhibitions from 1957, exhibited his works in "apartment" exhibitions, in exhibition halls and pavilions in Moscow. In 1978 left for Paris. Participated in exhibitions in London (1963), Paris, etc. Personal exhibitions: in London (1965), in Paris (1977, 1984), in Oslo (1982), in Vienna (1983), in New York (1985), in Oslo (1985), in Leningrad and Moscow (1998).
