ARKADY ALEXANDROVICH RYLOV (1870-1939)
Studied at the Baron Stieglitz Central School for Technical Draftsmanship in St. Petersburg (from 1888), the Academy of Arts (1894-1897) under A.I.Kouinji. Academician. Member of association "The World of Art", founder member of the Union of Russian Artists, chairman of the Society named after A.I.Kouinji, member of the Association of Artists of Revolutionary Russia. Participant of exhibitions of the Society of Russian Water-Colour Painters, "The World of Art", " 36 artists ", the Union of Russian Artists, the Association of Artisits of Revolutionary Russia, the Academy of Arts, "The New Society of Artists ", "The Salon". His works are housed in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Kiev Museum of Russian Art, the State Art Museum of Byelorussia and other museums.
