IVAN LAVRENTYEVICH GOROKHOV (1868-1934)
From 1874 studied at the Moscow School of Painting Sculpture and Architecture under I.M.Pryanishnikov, V.Ye.Makovsky. Participated in exhibitions of the Moscow School of Painting Sculpture and Architecture, the Moscow Society of Art Lovers, the Society of Itinerant Art Exhibitions and others. Painted mostly genre pictures. His works are housed in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Far East State Art Museum, the Dnepropetrovsk State Art Museum and other museums.
