Sergey Parmenovich
(1906--?)
Painter. Studied at the Ryazan Art School (1923—24) and at the Central Courses of the Association of Artists of Revolution in Moscow (1927—30), I.I. Mashkov and F.I. Nevezhin’s apprentice. Member of the Ryazan branch of the Association of Artists of Revolution (since 1920). Among his works there were: “Before the Transition to Collective Farms” (1929), “Evening in the Mountains” (1938), “Red Army Man” (1940, the Fine Arts Museum of Kirghiz Republic), “Blue Water” (1951); a number of paintings dedicated to V.I. Lenin: “V.I. Lenin among the Delegates of the 3rd Komsomol Meeting in 1920” (1939), “V.I. Lenin Working over a book…” (1950—51, V.I. Lenin’s House Museum in Gorki).
